You are registering to participate in OTCPBC’s Rally Show ‘N Go to be held at the Clubhouse.
A separate entry must be completed for each dog.
Fee is $15.00 for each set of two runs of the same class per dog.
Payment will be online only through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal.

Member Discount will be applied when the form is submitted for eligible OTCPBC members who select the member discount option.
